Spice Girls Will Reportedly Reunite for Their 30th Anniversary
Apparently, the Spice Girls are planning a major reunion to happen for their 30th anniversary. According to an inside source, the girl group might get back together and headline at Glastonbury next year. While this seems to be amazing news for fans, their schedules are pretty busy, and getting them in one room is hard.
A Spice Girls Reunion Is Possible
Apparently, during the past six months, there’s been more contact between the five Spice Girls than at any time since the 2012 Olympics. It seems Emma Bunton, Mel Brown, Geri Horner, and Mel Chisholm have even been in talks regarding 2024 tour dates, as well as the possibility of appearing on the pyramid stage.
Sadly, Victoria Beckham probably won’t join the reunion because while Glastonbury is a great stage, Posh Spice is now a fashion designer with a hard-earned career, and returning to music isn’t something that she’s likely to consider. Still, it seems Victoria is not completely ruling out Glastonbury. A close source believes she looks back fondly on her time with the Spice Girls and hasn’t ruled out a celebration at some point.
Victoria Beckham Doesn’t Want to Sing
It’s certain that the crowds at Glastonbury wouldn’t be pleased if the group was there without Posh. After all, it just doesn’t have the same ring to it to almost reunite the Spice Girls.
Despite all that, Victoria Beckham, who — in addition to her career as a fashion designer — is also a mother of four children, will star in the docuseries based on the girl group. The series will be directed by J.J. Abrams and center around anecdotes and unheard stories about the band from their time together.
